The SLA Plans offered by J&G Systems allow you to have peace-of-mind in knowing that in the case of a network emergency an engineer can be on-site with-in 4 hours to help bring your network back to life.
The SLA Plans are priced according to the number of Servers, PCs, Devices that you wish to cover with 4 hour response protection, from these numbers, a calculated amount of time is given to your sight per month, for you to use as you want.
With the SLA time you can use it towards repair time, troubleshooting time or development days. Or if no time is used we will remote into your network and perform routine maintenance and network checks.
